Nut Notes Privacy Policy

Thank you for using Nut Notes: Voice Photo Story. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting any information you provide while using our application.

1. Information We Collect

Nut Notes does not collect personal information from users. We do not request names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other identifying data.

All your data - including text notes, voice notes, photo diary, and reminders - are stored locally on your device only and are not transmitted to our servers. We do not have access to your diary content.

2. App Permissions & Features

To provide our core features, Nut Notes may request the following permissions, which are used 100% locally:

• Microphone (Voice Notes): To record your voice notes. Used only when you tap the record button to create a voice diary. Audio is stored locally and converted to text on-device. We never upload your voice.
• Camera & Photo Gallery (Photo Diary): To let you add photos to your daily journal and create your photo diary. Photos you select are stored locally in the app. We do not access your gallery without your action.
• Notifications (Reminder): To send you smart daily reminders to write your daily journal. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device.
• Storage (Story Maker): To save the aesthetic story images you export from your notes to your device gallery, and to share them to other apps like Instagram or WhatsApp if you choose.

You can deny any of these permissions and still use the basic journal features.

3. Emails and Newsletters

Nut Notes does not send emails or newsletters to users. We do not use contact information for promotional or other communication.

4. Analytics and Tracking

Nut Notes does not use digital analytics software such as Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics to track your journal content. We do not track your writing activity, voice recordings, or photos.

5. Advertisements

Nut Notes displays advertisements through Unity Ads to support development. These ads are provided by Unity Ads and may use advertising ID. These ads are not linked to your personal diary content, voice notes, or photos. We do not share your journal data with advertisers.

6. Pixels and Retargeting

Nut Notes does not use Facebook pixels or retargeting technologies such as behavior-based ads from Facebook, Google, or other providers.

7. Data Sharing & Security

Since all your journal, voice, and photo diary data is stored locally on your device, we do not share it with any third parties. Your private diary remains private. We recommend using your device's screen lock to protect access to the app.

8. Online Payments

Nut Notes does not provide online payment features. Users cannot make purchases or financial transactions through the application at this time.

9. Children's Privacy

Nut Notes is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Regulatory Compliance

We are committed to protecting your privacy. While our primary users are in Indonesia, we respect global privacy standards. Since we do not collect personal data, GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations are minimally applicable.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new features like voice notes, photo diary, reminder, and story maker. Changes will be announced through application updates on Google Play Store. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
